PLUG-IN MODULE FET230
2-channel voltage-controlled high-side switch with galvanic isolation
The R-series plug-in module FET230 is a 2-channel voltage-controlled high-side switch in semiconductor technology with galvanic isolation between the control circuit and the output switches. The outputs’ switch statuses are shown using light diodes. The maximum output frequency is 1 kHz.
