The R-series front-end master module (DIN rail module) is equipped with 8 slots in order to accommodate various carrier modules. The power supply +/-15V, external power (+28V), 2x voltage references and the modules’ external interface are connected using clamp connectors. The internal power supplies are short-circuit protected and have polarity protection. LEDs display the status of the external power supplies and the internal 5V supply.
